From business card to CRM. In three taps.
Bizca turns the business cards collected at trade fairs and events into qualified leads, already inside your company CRM. In a few seconds, with no manual typing.
€20 + VAT per month per salesperson · Under 30 seconds per contact · Works offline too
The business cards that stay in the drawer
At events, salespeople collect dozens or hundreds of cards. Then, almost always, the same thing happens.
Manual typing doesn’t hold up
Slow, tedious and full of errors. Nobody does it willingly in the evening after ten hours on their feet at the stand.
Contacts arrive late. Or never
They reach the CRM days after the event, when even the customer has forgotten the conversation at the stand.
The context is missing
Which fair did that lead come from? Which country? What were they interested in? Without those three facts the contact is worth much less.
Nobody knows who should own it
The follow-up starts late, or never starts, because it isn’t clear whose responsibility it is.
Thousands of euros go into a trade fair, and part of the contacts collected never become a sales opportunity.
Three steps, under 30 seconds
Snap
The salesperson photographs the card with a smartphone. Nothing else to do at that moment.
Qualify
An AI reads the card and extracts name, company, role, email, phone, website and address. The salesperson confirms and adds three facts with one tap: source, country, interest.
Automatic hand-off
The lead is assigned to the right salesperson by configurable rules and sent to the CRM. No manual steps.
What Bizca does
Fifteen seconds per feature, recorded in the real app. Tap a clip to play it.
AI card scanning
One shot, seven fields filled in: name, company, role, email, phone, website and address. Zero typing, even with cards in a foreign language.
Qualification in three taps
Source, country and segment from closed lists the company defines. No free-text fields, no empty fields: data stays clean and consistent.
Automatic assignment
Whoever collects the card isn’t the one who calls back. Rules on country and segment assign the lead to the right salesperson right at the stand, with the option to override.
Sent to the CRM
One tap at the fair and the contact is in Brevo, in that fair’s list, with attributes already filled in and de-duplication by email. Nothing to re-enter.
Excel on SharePoint
The file nobody updates now updates itself: every lead sent becomes a row in the company’s shared file, with all the context. On your SharePoint, and it stays yours.
GDPR consent with signature
A business card is personal data. The contact signs on screen, on the spot: signature, date and time stay on the lead. Compliant, without chasing anyone.
Works offline
No signal in the hall? Bizca captures anyway. Leads wait on the phone and, when the connection is back, everything goes out by itself, in order.
Sequence mode and event presets
At the stand you have thirty seconds per person: you snap one card after another without stopping the conversation. Afterwards, the fair’s preset applies to all of them in one tap.
Dashboard
Did the fair go well? Total leads, sent, to complete, by event and by salesperson, updated while the fair is still on. CSV export in one tap.
Contacts stay with the company
What if someone changes company tomorrow? Every lead goes into the company workspace, not onto an individual’s phone. Remove their access and their contacts stay with you, history included.
Installable on the phone
It’s a web app: it installs like a normal app on iOS and Android, without going through the stores.
Built above all for people who work like this
- B2B companies that exhibit at trade fairs and industry events
- Sales networks with several salespeople and leads to route by area or product line
- Export and international companies collecting contacts from different countries
- Marketing teams that want to measure the real return of trade fairs
Typical sectors: manufacturing, industry, automation, components, B2B services.
Why Bizca and not a generic scanning app
The tools on the market stop at scanning the card. Bizca covers the whole journey through to the CRM.
Conditional assignment rules
Country plus interest determine the salesperson. It’s the part generalist tools almost always lack.
Closed lists managed by the company
No free-text fields filled in at random: data arrives ready to segment campaigns.
Routing by event
Every fair has its own list in the CRM, so you always know where a contact came from.
Consent collected on the spot
The signature is taken at the stand, not chased afterwards.
Multi-company
Every customer creates and configures their own workspace independently.
Built and customisable by Bryan
It adapts to the company’s sales process, not the other way round.
The result, in practice
- No lead lost: every card collected becomes a tracked contact.
- Immediate follow-up: contacts are in the CRM during the event, not a week later.
- Clean data: no free-text fields filled in at random, so campaigns work better.
- Every lead to the right person: the competent salesperson receives it automatically.
- Measurable trade-fair return: how many contacts, from which event, with which interest.
- GDPR compliance: consent collected and tracked at the moment the contact is collected.
